Marma Therapy – subtle energy point therapy to restore pranic flow and relieve stagnation
Kansa Wand Facial – a soothing metal wand massage to rejuvenate the skin and release heat and tension
Basti – localized warm oil therapy for joint pain, sacral support, or emotional holding
Bola/Pinda Swedana – herbal poultice therapy to reduce inflammation and stiffness
Nasya – nasal herbal oil treatment for clarity, emotional support, and sinus care
Cupping Therapy – a therapeutic suction technique used to move lymph, release toxins, reduce pain, and ease muscular stagnation

Before we begin any Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy or bodywork treatment, we start with a comprehensive evaluation.
This initial session allows us to understand your unique constitution (prakriti), current imbalances (vikruti), and the root causes of any physical, emotional, or energetic discomfort you may be experiencing. Through intake, conversation, and optional assessment tools, we explore your digestion, sleep, menstrual health, pain patterns, stress levels, and lifestyle rhythms.
From there, we create a personalized wellness plan that includes:
Yoga therapy protocols tailored to your body and goals
Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet recommendations
Herbal or seasonal support when appropriate
Suggested bodywork therapies for deeper healing
This evaluation is required to ensure that your care is intentional, aligned, and supportive of your long-term healing—not just your symptoms.
